By the present Application, the Applicant has sought the following substantial relief: “1. Applicant may kindly be enlarged on bail in C.R. No.361 of 2023 registered at Atpadi Police Station, District: Sangli, on such terms and conditions as the Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case.” 3. Mr. Unmesh Jamdar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that, on account of inadvertence, the Shantanu S. This request is not opposed by Mr. Nitin B. Patil, learned A.P.P. for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 - State. 5. In view of the above, leave is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application in compliance with the requirements of law. 6.
