Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon the Order dated 24.03.2026 passed in SBCWP No.5413/2026 titled as Bhumika Goswami and Ors. v. The State of Rajasthan & Ors., and submitted that the present matter can be decided in light of the said order.

Learned counsel for the respondents has not refuted the aforesaid submission and has contended that the present petition be disposed of in light of the same.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present petition in terms of the order passed in Bhumika Goswami and Ors. (supra).
4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
