The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs :- 10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records relating to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents authorities for providing/ releasing honorarium of the petitioner for 18.06.2019 to 18.03.2020 total 274 days, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief which Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in AVANISH KUMAR PATHAK Digitally signed by AVANISH KUMAR PATHAK Date: 2026.04.28 15:15:20 +0530 2 the facts and circumstance of the case. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the petitioner was appointed vide order dated 6-9-2017 on the post of Social Member of the Juvenile Justice Board, District Korba (CG). Subsequently, on account of a false complaint made against her, her appointment was cancelled vide order (Annexure P-1) dated 10-6-2019. That order was set aside by this Court vide order dated 28-2-2020 passed in WPC No. 2156/2019. Thereafter, the petitioner again joined on the said post on 19-3-2020 vide joining letter Annexure P-3. Learned counsel further submits that after her joining on 19-3-2020, she performed her duties of said post till 20-8-2020, and honorarium for aforesaid period from 19-3-2020 to 20-8-2020 was also granted to her, but honorarium for the period 18-6-2019 to 18-3-2020 has not been granted to her, therefore, the petitioner filed representation (Annexure P-4) dated 28-8-2020 before the respondent No. 2, but the same has not been decided yet, hence, learned counsel prays that, this petition may be disposed of directing respondent No. 2 to decide the representation (Annexure P-4) filed by the petitioner within a stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 submits that, in respect of the representation filed by the petitioner, the respondent No. 2 has sought instruction vide Annexure P-5 dated 31-7-2021. She further submits that, the matter is still under consideration but, instruction has not yet been received from the Director, Directorate of Women and Child Development Department and Secretary, State Child Protection Society, Naya Raipur. 3 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Representation (Annexure P-4) filed by the petitioner is pending since 28-8-2020 before the respondent No. 2. Instruction has also been sought by respondent No. 2 from the Director, Directorate of Women and Child Development Department and Secretary, State Child Protection Society, Naya Raipur. It is sorry state of affair that aforesaid issue is pending since the year 2020, but the same has not been decided yet, therefore, having considered limited grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents to decide the representation filed by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to submit a copy of this order before the respondents along with copy of Annexure P-4 within 15 days from today. Liberty is also left with the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Director, Directorate of Women and Child Development Department and Secretary, State Child Protection Society, Naya Raipur for redressal of her grievance. 6.
