1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsels.
2. With consent finally heard.
3. During the course of hearing the learned advocate for the parties agreed that matter may be disposed of. The representation submitted to the Block Development Officer, Mohanpur may be resubmitted before the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer and he may be directed to decide the said representation by hearing necessary parties in accordance with law and decide the same within reasonable time.

4. In view of consensus arrived at, this PIL is
disposed of with following directions. (i) The petitioners shall prefer a fresh comprehensive representation for the selfsame grievance before the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer alongwith a server copy of this order. (ii) The said authority shall consider and decide the said representation after hearing the private respondents and other interested persons and pass a reasoned and speaking order. (iii) The entire exercise shall be completed within ninety days from the date of submission of such representation and the outcome shall be communicated to the parties by the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer.
5. This PIL stands
disposed of without expressing any opinion on merit.
