ORAL ORDER
1. A memo is filed on behalf of the petitioner. Memo reads as under:
“The petitioner respectfully submits that he is ready to pay the fine amount of Rs.3,00,000/- to the respondent. He has already deposited a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- before the Trial Court, in compliance with the orders of the Hon’ble First Appellate Court and this Hon’ble Court. The petitioner further prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to grant six months time to deposit the remaining sum of Rs.1,80,000/- before the Trial Court on 05.05.2026 Rs.45,000/-, 05.06.2026 Rs.45,000/-, 05.07.2026 Rs.45,000/- and 05.08.2026 Rs.45,000/-.”

Learned counsel for the respondent who appeared through video conference submits no objection.
3. Placing the memo on record, petition stands
disposed of.
4. Amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification.

5. It is made clear that if the compensation amount as agreed in the memo is not paid and any default would automatically result in petitioner to undergo imprisonment as ordered by the learned Trial Magistrate confirmed by the First Appellate Court.
