No. 2 during course of arguments has raised objection to the relief as prayed for in this writ petition, stating that seniority of petitioner is fixed based on the order passed High Court dated 21.09.2017. In this order, there is specific mention as to how the seniority of nine Judicial Officers named therein, upon confirmation after completion of extended period of probation is to be fixed. 3. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file better constituted petition challenging relevant order passed. 4. In view of above submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
