This Civil Miscellaneous Restoration Application has been filed by the appellant-applicant for seeking recalling of orders dated 05.02.2026 and 27.02.2026, whereby the appeal filed by the applicant has been dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order. 2. Learned counsel submits that although, in compliance of peremptory order dated 05.02.2026, notices were filed by the [2026:RJ-JP:21921] (2 of 2) [CRES-222/2026] applicant, yet on account of bonafide reasons the same could not be filed within the time stipulated. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that substantial rights of the applicant are affected vide impugned award, hence the applicant has come to pursue the appeal on merits. 4. In view of above, the restoration application filed by the applicant is hereby allowed. The orders dated 05.02.2026 and 27.02.2026 are hereby recalled and S.B.
