It is submitted by the learned PP Mr. D. Loyi that the charge sheet has been laid against the accused petitioner on 06.07.2025 being charge sheet No.63/2025 under section 74/75/76 of BNS read with Section 10/12 of the POCSO Act. 3. In view of the submission of the charge sheet against the accused, the accused petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court for bail which may be considered by the Jurisdictional Court in accordance with law.
