Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider representation of the petitioner and to grant promotion from eligibility as mentioned in para 8.6 or from the date of order passed by Hon'ble High Court in WA No. 148/2018 as it has been directed in case of Ramniwas Sahu passed in writ appeal No. 650/2025 or from the date of filing first writ petition in 2005, with all consequential benefit within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. (ii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submit that petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and is only seeking direction to respondents No.1 & 3 to consider and take decision on the representation dated 23.09.2025 submitted by the petitioner at the earliest within a specific time frame. 3. Counsel for the State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioners, he is having no objection. 3 4. Consideration of submission of the learned counsel for the respective parties, the claim of the petitioner is that the petitioners have already submitted representation before the respondents No.1 & 3 which is pending consideration. 5. In the above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioners to submit fresh comprehensive representation along with all supporting documents before respondents No.1 to 3 and in the event, such representation(s) is/are submitted, concerned authorities shall consider and take decision on the representations to be submitted by the petitioner/s along with pending representation to be submitted along with pending representations, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 2 months from the date of receipt of the representation. 6.
