This writ petition has become infructuous, inasmuch as the period of contract has come to an end. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the security deposit remains with the respondents and the same has not been refunded to the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to make a representation seeking refund of the security deposit, and upon receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same. No costs.
