After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the competent authority, assailing the sale deed which, according to him, has been executed without obtaining prior permission of the Collector as required under Section 165(7)(b) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, the petitioner being a member of an aboriginal tribe. It is further alleged that the said transaction is vitiated by fraud on the part of respondent No. 6. 2.
