This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Ejectment Suit No.5 of 2022 along with the connected applications pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bidhannagar, North 24-Parganas. 2. Mr. Chatterjee, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that issues in the suit have already been framed and trial is about to begin. It is submitted that at this juncture, the opposite parties have filed an application seeking repairs of the tenanted premises and the suit has, therefore, been stalled. 3. Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed, direction for prior service of notice on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties 2 within a week from date. 4. Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners and having perused the material- on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bidhannagar, North 24-Parganas to dispose of the application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking repairs of the tenanted premises as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed in accordance with law without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5. The Trial Court is further requested to dispose of the suit being Ejectment Suit No.5 of 2022 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Bidhannagar, North 24-Parganas as expeditiously as the business of the Trial Court would permit, preferably within a period of one year from the date of disposal of the aforesaid application for repairs. 6. CO 193 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs. 7.
