The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bagbera PS Case No.01 of 2026, for offence registered under section 80(2) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jamshedpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and in the name of the deceased, the parents have taken the loan and they were unable to pay the EMIs of such loan and she had been depressed and that has come in the evidence of the independent witnesses which has also come in the case diary. He next submits that locking the door from inside, she has committed suicide which has been opened in presence of many persons.
4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the petitioner happened to be father-in-law of the deceased.

Considering that the door was broke-open in presence of many persons where the deceased was found to be hanged and it has been pointed out that in the name of the deceased, the parents have taken the loan and they were unable to re-pay the EMIs for such loan and in view of that the deceased was depressed, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper.
6. A.B.A. No.1882 of 2026 is disposed of.
