Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent, Mr. Kushmondeya Shahi, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and perused the record. The present writ petition has been filed inter-alia for the following reliefs:- "i). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no.2 to reallot the petitioner's institution allotment as per her 05 choices being a higher merit Rank 34 according to her UR/OBC Category status, the applicable reservation law, the preference submitted by her and Rule 12(10) of the U.P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board Rules, 1998 having Roll No.0404038132 in advertisement no.01/2022/TGT Exam-2022 in Boys Category, Subject Home Science or any nearby vacant seat in the subject of Home Science. ii). to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of this case. iii) award the cost of the petition to the petitioner." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, at the Bar, that for redressal of her grievances, the petitioner moved a representation before Respondent No. 2 on 11.09.2026, but nothing has been done till date. Therefore, a direction may be issued to Respondent No. 2 to decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with law within a stipulated period. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sudhakar Shukla Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Kushmondeya Shahi Nishi .....Petitioner(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Respondent(s) Considering the facts and circumstance of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case set up on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2, i.e. Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission, Alenganj, Prayagraj, to decide the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2026, in accordance with law, after verifying all the relevant documents, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
