The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner relied upon the Judgment of this court in Writ Petition No. 6562 of 2026, Anmol Singh Sethi, proprietor of Ideal Impex V/s Union of India, dated 16th June, 2026. The learned Counsel, Mr. Jitendra Mishra, fairly submits that the petitioner's case is covered by the aforesaid judgment. 4. In these premises, we allow the present petition in terms of prayer clause (a). 5. The respondents are directed to clear the consignment of the petitioner unless there is any order passed by the superior Court to the contrary. The said exercise be carried out as expeditiously as possible, but not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of the authenticated copy of this order. 6.
