Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. The impugned order dated 21.12.2019 passed in M.C.No.54 of 2019, passed by the learned Mandal Executive Magistrate, Chapad Mandal, YSR Kadapa District in purported exercise of powers under Section 145 of ‘the Cr.P.C.,’ has an operative life of only six months under Section 163(4) of ‘the BNSS.,’/Section 144(4) of ‘the Cr.P.C.’ 4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous because of passage of time. No order as to costs. However, it is left open to the parties to agitate their rights in respect of the property by filing appropriate civil proceedings.
