The petitioner by filing this writ petition prays for a direction upon the respondent i.e. transport authority to consider the application of the petitioner whereby he has sought for change of timing and renewal of his bus permit. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is a stage carrier owner and holds a permanent permit bearing permit No.80/98 for the regional route from Hazaribagh to Bhaura via- Bishungarh, Bagodar, Topchanchi, Katras, Dhanbad, Jharia. 4. Learned counsel submits that the said permit is granted in respect of Bus bearing Registration No. BR-13A-8298. 5. The petitioner wants to get the timing changed for which an application was submitted to the respondents, but his case was not considered as the same did not finds place in the agenda of the meeting which was initially to be held on 03.11.2025. 6. He submits that suffice it would be, if a direction is given to the authorities to consider the application of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order 2026:JHHC:8076 2 as per law. 7. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the application of the petitioner will be considered, and an appropriate order will be passed by the District Regional Transport Authority as per law after considering the application of the petitioner. 8. Considering the said submission, I dispose of this writ petition directing the Regional Transport Officer to consider the application of the petitioner preferably within a period two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 9.
