Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction upon respondent no.1 to decide the Revision No.1774 of 2024, within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the revision filed by petitioner before respondent no.1 is pending consideration since 2024. More than two years have passed but neither the revision has been admitted nor the stay application has been considered. The contesting respondents have put in appearance. The matter is being listed for final disposal but the adjournments are being granted without any justifiable reasons. As the respondents in revision are creating third party interest in the land in dispute, the consideration of the stay application is urgent. 4. Considering the urgency in the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.1 to consider and pass necessary orders on the stay application filed alongwith the aforesaid revision, in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. The respondent no.1 shall also ensure that the revision itself is decided, in accordance with law, within a further period of four months, thereafter.
