According to petitioner, he filed a complaint before State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Dehradun in the year 2019, which is yet to be decided. The complaint is numbered as Consumer Complaint No. 10 of 2019. 3. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs: “I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2 State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Uttarakhand, Dehradun to expedite the trial proceedings in Consumer Complaint No. 10 of 2019, Raj Kumar vs. Dr. Neha Upreti & Others, and to finally dispose of the said complaint within a period of six weeks or such other time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit; II. Issue a direction to the State Commission to refuse any further unnecessary adjournments to the opposite parties and to proceed with the matter on a day-to-day basis.” UKHC010113132026 2026:UHC:5475 4. Having regard to the fact that the complaint is pending since 2019, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to move appropriate application before the concerned forum.
