Civil Writ Petition No.11239/2023, which was dismissed vide order dated 27.11.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 10.10.2024 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Having considered the grounds mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, the same is allowed and the S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11239/2023 is ordered to be restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/-. Rs.1,000/- is to be deposited with Munshi Sangh, Jaipur.
