Uma Devi, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not released the withheld amount of Rs.3,13,750/- consequent to the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him, despite the said proceedings were set-aside by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal O.A.No.328 of 2014 vide judgment dated 18.12.2014 and confirmed by this Court in orders dated 15.02.2023 passed in W.P.No.4387 of 2014. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of disposing W.P.No.4387 of 2015 by this Court, petitioner therein/ the respondent Corporation under the mistaken impression submitted that terminal benefits had been released and taking note of the said fact, the respondents are not releasing the terminal benefits due of the petitioner. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, petitioner is permitted to make detailed representation setting out facts of the case regarding withholding of part of terminal benefits to the tune of Rs.3,13,750/- in view of pendency of proceedings referred to above and 4 subsequent setting aside of the same by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No. 328 of 2014, within a period of two (2) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this Court. Upon making such representation, the respondent authorities are directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same, within a further period of two (2) months, from the date of making such representation by the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
