By the present petition, the petitioner, Maa Madwarani Sewa Avam Gramin Samiti, seeks a direction to the respondents to release the balance amount of compensation payable towards acquisition of land. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State submits that he has obtained instructions from the concerned authorities, wherein it has been stated that they are going to disburse the balance amount of Rs.51,84,472/- towards the remaining compensation amount. 3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the State, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to release the aforesaid amount in favour of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
