On 30.07.2026, this Court observed as under: “No representation for the petitioner. There has been no representation on 28.06.2024, 21.08.2024 and 02.07.2026. List the matter on 13.08.2026 under the caption “For Dismissal”. 3. Inspite of listing the matter under the caption ‘For Dismissal’, there is no representation for the petitioner even today. 4. From the above, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
