Apparently, the petitioners have not approached the concerned Department by filing any representation after passing of the judgment dated 07.10.2025 which is sought to be executed. 2. We find that the judgment as such was also dealing with the large number of cases and also a large number of employees. In such circumstances, we are of the considered opinion that firstly the respondents have to be put to notice regarding the fact of the relief granted to the petitioners and the compliance thereafter. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3.
