This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Mushahari P.s. Case No. 169 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier his bail application was rejected vide order dated 18.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66775 of 2025. 3. In the opinion of this Court, this bail application cannot be entertained by this Court as the same has been filed within six months of the rejection of the earlier bail application and is pre-mature. 4.
