It appears that in the order dated 27th February 2026 while recording the name of the respondents in the cause title, a spell error has crept in. 2. Let the name of the respondents be correctly read as “National Jute Manufactures Corporation Ltd. & Ors.” 3. Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 27th February 2026. 4. It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that Mr. Jayanta Kr. Mitra, Ld. Senior Advocate had appeared on behalf of the NJMC Ltd. However, his name did not appear in the appearance of the advocates. Accordingly, let the name of Mr. Jayanta Kr. Mitra, Senior Advocate be inserted 2 in the appearance of advocates for the NJMC Ltd. 5. It also appears that a connected application being CAN 4 of 2020 which is an application for expeditious disposal and fixing an early date of hearing is still shown pending in terms of the order dated 21st April 2022. 6. Having regard to the disposal of the aforesaid writ petition, CAN 4 of 2020 is also deemed to be disposed of. (Raja Basu Chowdhury, J.)
