As seen from the photocopy of the award passed in Lok Adalat Case No. 352 of 2026, dated 11.07.2026, both parties, i.e., petitioners and Respondent No. 2, settled their disputes in C.C. No. 321 of 2022. 3. This Criminal Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C. No. 321 of 2022. Having considered the settlement between both parties, this Court is of the considered view that this petition may be dismissed as infructuous. 4.
