This Court, vide order dated 17.11.2025 passed in CRR No. 1379 of KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 2025, while disposing o= the revision petition of the applicant, namely, Smt. Pooja Gopwani had expressed its trust that the Family Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the proceedings under Section 144 of BNSS expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Principal Judge, Family Court Durg, District-Durg (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 18.03.2026 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial proceedings. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that the evidence of the applicant has already been recorded and the remaining evidence on behalf of the applicant is yet to be adduced. Therefore, it is likely that some additional time will be required for the Enal disposal of the case. In these circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that this Court may be pleased to grant reasonable additional time to him to conclude the proceedings. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned Family Court is directed to conclude the trial proceedings as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o7 with the aforesaid direction. 7.
