This is an application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for granting anticipatory bail to the accused/applicant in connection with Jagiroad Police Station Case No. 54/2026 (corresponding to G.R. No. 244/2026), registered under Sections 61(2)/318(2)/316(2)/316(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. This Court vide its order dated 15.05.2026 has granted interim pre-arrest bail to the accused/applicant with the directions that the accused/applicant shall appear before the Investigating Officer within 7 (seven) days and fully cooperate with the investigation.
4. Mr. R. De, the learned counsel appearing for the accused/applicant submits that in terms of the order dated 15.05.2026, the accused/applicant has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement has already been recorded. Therefore, he submits that his bail application should be made absolute.
5. Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also confirmed that the accused/applicant has already appeared before the Investigating Officer.
6. Taking into account the aforesaid facts, this Court is of the considered opinion that the interim relief so granted by this Court vide order dated 15.05.2026 is made absolute under the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 15.05.2026.

7. In view of the aforesaid directions, the instant Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of.
