Vashisht, Advocate. __________________________________________ Romesh Verma, Judge (oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for non-compliance of the judgment as passed by this Court in CWP No. 6879 of 2025, dated 01.01.2026. 2 Today learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record communication dated 12.05.2026 addressed by Deputy Divisional Manager, HRTC Nahan to the Managing Director, Himachal Road Transport Corporation regarding allowing two additional increments after completion of 20 years of service in favour of the present petitioner. As per the said communication, it has been stated that the petitioner is not eligible for the grant of said benefit after completion of 20 years of qualifying service. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 3 3. Consequently, in view of above nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present petition, as such, the same is closed. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to challenge the said communication before the competent court of law. Liberty granted. 5.
