The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned transfer/posting 2 order dated 06.04.2026 issued by the Managing Director, C.G. State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. Raipur (Annexure P/1). 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned relieving order dated 07.04.2026 issued by the District Manager, Chhattisgarh State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. Ambikapur (Annexure P/2) 10.3 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other writ/writs, order/orders, relief/reliefs in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 06.04.2026 whereby, the petitioner has been directed to work in District Office Balrampur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially, the Respondent No. 4 is transferred vide order dated 02.04.2026, however, thereafter, within a period of 04 days, the amended order has been issued and in place of the Respondent No. 3, petitioner has been directed to work at District Office Balrampur. The modification/amendment of the order dated 02.04.2026 is with an intention to accommodate Respondent No. 3. He lastly submits that the petitioner is due to retire within 20 months from today and therefore, petitioner’s posting ought not to have been disturbed, at the fag end of his service career. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents No. 1 to 3 would submit that the order dated 02.04.2026 is passed by the Assistant General Manager (Administration). According to the rules and regulations application of the establishment, the Managing Director is having all the authority to modify or amend the order passed by the Assistant General Manager (Admin.). Accordingly, the impugned order dated 06.04.2026 is passed by the Managing Director modifying/amending order passed by the Assistant General Manager dated 02.04.2026. He also contended that the petitioner is having the remedy to prefer an appeal/representation before the Chairman. 3 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 6. The grievance of the petitioner which is highlighted is that, initially, the respondent authorities thought it appropriate to transfer the Respondent No. 3 to the District Office vide order dated 02.04.2026, Balrampur and within 04 days of passing of the said order, the impugned order dated 06.04.2026 has been modified. The grievance of the petitioner can be appropriately considered by the higher authorities which in the facts of the case would be the Chairman. 7. For the foregoing discussion, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, permitting the petitioner to submit fresh comprehensive representation raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition before the Chairman and in the event petitioner submits representation, the concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 02 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. It is directed that till the decision is taken by the Chairman, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner, subject to the petitioner submits the representation along with copy of the order passed by this Court within a period of one week. 8.
