The Operative portion of the order dated 10.07.2025 of this Court in W.P.Nos.37428, 37434, 37432, 37411 & 37420 of 2024 reads as under: “(i) The impugned order passed by the respondent dated 26.09.2024 is set aside. (ii) Consequently, the matter is remanded to the respondent for fresh consideration (iii) Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to file a reply along with supportive documents within a period of two weeks.
