This is an application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of bail to the accused/applicant in connection with Bongaigaon Police Station Case No. 69/2026 registered under Sections 69/77/79/294(2)/351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the charge sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide Charge Sheet No. 85/2026 dated 31.05.2026. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel appearing for the accused/applicant submits that liberty should be given to the accused/applicant to approach the Jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief, if so advised. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the instant Bail Application is closed with a liberty to the accused/applicant to approach the Jurisdictional Court within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from passing of this order. Till his appearance, the interim order passed earlier dated 20.05.2026 shall remain in force. 6. In the aforesaid terms, the instant Bail Application is closed and disposed of.
