Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already joined at the transferred place. He further submits that petitioner may be given an opportunity to make a representation for reconsideration of his transfer to Dehradun on the basis of hardship caused to the petitioner. 5. Since transfer order has already been executed, therefore no interference is warranted. 6. However, it is open to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent-Director General, Department of Culture, and if such a representation is made, respondent-Director General may consider the said representation sympathetically, keeping in view the hardship of the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of submission of such UKHC010111512026 2026:UHC:5450 representation. 7.
