Heard Mr. P.P. Borthakur, the learned counsel appearing for the accused- applicants. Also heard B. Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. This is an application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant in connection with Golaghat Police Station Case No. 190/2025 under Sections 61(2)/314/316(2)/318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. This Court vide its order dated 19.05.2026 has granted interim relief to the accused-applicant with a direction that the accused-applicant shall appear before the Investigating Authority within 7 (seven) days of passing of the aforesaid order.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the accused-applicant submits that in terms of the aforesaid order dated 19.05.2026, he has already appeared before the Investigating Authority and has been cooperating with the investigation.
5. Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also confirmed that the accused-applicant has already appeared before the Investigating Authority.
6. Taking into account the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties, this Court is of the considered opinion that the interim
order dated 19.05.2026 should be made absolute.
7. Accordingly, the interim pare-arrest bail order dated 19.05.2026 is made absolute with the same terms and conditions as earlier in the aforesaid order
19.05.2026.
8. In view of the aforesaid terms, the instant Anticipatory Bail application is

disposed of and allowed.
