Hence, the complaint. 3.This Court earlier dismissed the petitioner’s anticipatory bail on 20.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.23117 of 2025 by stating the following reasons: Considering the quantum of sand transported and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail petition. Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition has been filed.
