Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection Sadar P.S. Case No.109 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner claims to have allocated Government work tenders by the Executive Engineer and Superintendent Engineer. It is next submitted that the petitioner cheated the gullible persons by pretending that he has good contacts with government officials and collected money by inducing and fraudulently taking Rs.14,00,000/- from many persons and Rs. 12,35,000/- was taken on agreement from different people dated 03.10.2024 and given forged work order of building division under he State Govt. Department and used to send soft copy of contract or agreement on the mobile phone to be taken out print of it. It is next submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. There is no iota of document showing that the petitioner has committed any offence. It is then submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and that he will not annoy or disturb the informant or any of his family members in any manner during the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 17.06.2025 as
has been mentioned in para-14 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail.
Learned Addl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is
directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Hazaribag in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.109 of 2025 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case, furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or any of his family members in any manner during the trial of the case.
