JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The petitioner has sought for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct respondents No.2 and 3 to consider the representations of the petitioner at Annexures-H, J and K. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:23634 WP No. 32248 of 2025 2. In terms of the said representations submitted by the petitioner, the petitioner has sought for modification of the layout plan, wherein the petitioner's property is shown as C.A. sites and to release the property. The said representations at Annexures-H, J and K are detailed. The petitioner also places reliance on the observations made in W.P.No.37698/2004. It is further submitted that respondent - BDA has also drawn up detailed proceedings and what is left is only final orders to be passed. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent - BDA submits that the said representations of the petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders passed as is permissible in law after following due procedure within a period of three months from today. 4. In light of the specific assertion of the petitioner that he is in possession, both parties are directed to maintain status-quo as on date till final orders are passed - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:23634 WP No. 32248 of 2025 upon consideration of the representations of the petitioner as ordered above.
