His client suggested alternative time table to respondent no.2 (the transport authority). On receipt of his client's suggestion, said authority obtained views of other concerned local authorities. Upon consultation, the views were submitted to said respondent. Yet, application dated 16th July, 2025 for issuance of the time table as suggested, is still pending with said respondent. He seeks direction. 2. Dr. Rajeshwar Tripathi, learned advocate, Chief Standing Counsel appears for State and submits, the application will be duly dealt with. 3. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of his application to respondent no.2. Said respondent is to take a decision on the issue of time table for petitioner to run his stage carriage, in line with reports obtained. The decision be informed to petitioner within two weeks of the communication. 4. The writ petition is disposed of.
