From the perusal of the record, it is reflected that the order sought to be enforced through the present contempt petition was passed in a writ petition filed by one Sukhvinder Singh. The present petitioner-Satya Dev Tyagi was neither the petitioner nor the respondent in the said writ petition, therefore, has no locus standi to maintain the present contempt petition. 5. Accordingly, the contempt petition is hereby dismissed.
