It is the grievance of the petitioner that even after filing of the application, the respondent-authorities are not issuing the rent receipts of the year 2006-2007 for the land bearing Plot No. 213, Khata No. 128, Halka: VI, Area: 17 1/8 Decimal situated at Mouza: Tupudana. Further, the petitioner prays for rectification of his name in the Jamabandi (Register-II) created after digitization of manual Register-II records as the name of petitioner has been recorded as “Anish Kanaujia” instead of “Manish Kanaujia”. Further he prays for removal of the aforesaid land from the prohibited list. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already approached the respondent no. 4, but no action has been taken. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that if the ( 2026:JHHC:11768 ) 2 petitioner files a fresh representation, his grievance will be considered. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent no.4 within four weeks. In turn, the respondent no.4 will consider the representation of the petitioner within six weeks and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for the relief prayed for, the same will be extended to him within two weeks thereafter. 6.
