The respondent filed an affidavit stating that O.S.No.224 of 2023 filed by her has been compromised and disposed of as settled out of Court on 17.11.2025. It is further stated that the possession of the subject property has been handed over to the petitioner. An e-copy of the order passed by the concerned Court in O.S.No.224 of 2023 dismissing the suit as settled out of Court has been produced. 4.
