(Oral) Today the matter is listed on urgency application moved by petitioners. Compliance affidavit has been filed by respondents-contemnors along with Misc. Application (IA/2/2026), which is taken on record. Misc. Application (IA/2/2026) stands allowed. 2. The contempt petition was filed by petitioners alleging non-compliance of order dated 26.02.2024 passed in WPSS No.267 of 2024 Mukesh Uniyal and Others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others, whereby, the respondent No.2-Engineer –In-Chief, PWD Department was directed to consider the claim of petitioners for regularization on the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) in accordance with the Regularization Rules of 2013 as well as in terms of the judgment dated 22.02.2024 passed by this Court in the case of Narendra Singh and Another Vs. State and Others (WPSB No.616 of 2018) decided on 22.02.2024. 3. Petitioners alleged that the aforesaid direction has not been complied with and the contempt petition UKHC010012382025 2026:UHC:5486 2 has been filed. 4. Learned State Counsel has filed compliance affidavit on 31.03.2026. In its Para Nos.5 and 6, it has been stated that the case of petitioners was considered and rejected vide order dated 15.01.2026, in view of the fact that petitioners have not completed 10 years of service till 2018 under the Daily Wage, Work Charged, Contract, Fixed Pay, Part Time and Ad-hoc Employee Regularization (Amendment) Rules, 2025. The said order is attached as Annexure CA-3 to the compliance affidavit. 5. Since, the order has complied with by respondents-contemnors and the claim of petitioners has been considered and accordingly rejected, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in the present contempt petition. 6. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is closed. 7. Urgency applications (IA No.1 of 2025 and IA No.3 of 2026) stand disposed of.
