Affidavit-of-service filed be kept with the record. 2. The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents/Municipal Corporation to take action in respect of the unauthorized illegal construction in the common passage and also to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 17.12.2025. 3. The private respondent appears and submits that they intend to use an opposition. 4. Considering that the nature of relief prayed for by the petitioner at this stage, no affidavits are required in the writ application and as no affidavits have been called for, the allegations in the writ application are deemed to be denied. 2 5. On hearing the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondents/Municipal Corporation shall consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 17.12.2025 on giving a hearing to all the stakeholders and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order within 60 days from this order. 6.
