[2] The petitioner/applicant filed the present application being MC(CRP(CRP Art. 227)) No. 63 of 2026 for allowing to file accompanying petition challenging the impugned order dated 18.04.2026 passed by the learned Family Court, Imphal East without certify copy and on the basis of true copy. It is submitted that the certify copy of the same has already been filed while filing the review petition against the same order and the true copy annexed with the present application is the excess representation of the order. It is submitted that making for certify copy will take time and it is submitted that certify copy of the order will be submitted as and when the same delivered by the competent authority. In the circumstances, the application being MC(CRP(CRP Art. 227)) No. 63 of 2026 is allowed.
