1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:
“10.1 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 02 to 05 decide the pending execution revenue case (Annexure P/1) (2) as early as possible within a period which may be fixed by the Hon'ble Court. 10.2 This Hon'ble court may kindly be call for the records for its kind perusal which relates to petitioner's matter. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favor of the petitioner.”

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to pursue his complaint / application dated 04.08.2025 before the respondents No. 2 to 5.
