UKHC010109692026 2026:UHC:5406 SL. No. Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGE’S ORDERS WPMS/1948/2026 Amandeep Singh Chandok --Petitioner Versus Sushila --Respondent Hon’ble Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. Mr. Sagar Kothari, Advocate for the petitioner. 2. Petitioner filed a suit along with application for temporary injunction. Learned trial Court issued notice on Temporary Injunction Application, fixing 10.07.2026 for orders on the application. Petitioner has challenged the order passed by trial Court whereby notice was issued to the defendant. 3. Since the order impugned in this writ petition is in consonance with the provision contained in Order 39 Rule 3 CPC, therefore there is hardly any scope for interference in the matter. 4. The writ petition, however, is disposed of with a request to the Court concerned to make endeavour to decide the temporary injunction application on any date within six weeks from the date objection to the temporary injunction application is filed.
