Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection Pandwa P.S. Case No. 35 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386, 387, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 17 C.L.A. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is associated with the T.P.C. extremist organization and the petitioner is the headman of the T.P.C. and was also involved in collection of levy. It is next submitted that there is no allegation against the petitioner of realization of any money from anyone. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is then submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 21.03.2025 as mentioned in para-18 of instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is
directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Palamau in connection with Pandwa P.S. Case No. 35 of 2023 with the condition that they will co-
operate with the trial of the case and furnish their mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that they will not change their mobile number during the trial of the case.
