BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KAUSHIK GOSWAMI ORDER Date : 08.06.2026 Heard Mr. S. Islam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. A. Hussain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. M. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. It appears that the instant writ petition was necessitated on account of the petitioner’s Current Account maintained with Bandhan Bank, Barpeta Road Branch, Barpeta, having been frozen without prior notice. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the bank authorities have defreezed the said account. Mr. S. Islam, learned counsel, submits that in view of the aforesaid development, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands closed.
