It appears that the instant writ petition was necessitated on account of the petitioner’s Current Account maintained with Bandhan Bank, Barpeta Road Branch, Barpeta, having been frozen without prior notice. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the bank authorities have defreezed the said account. Mr. S. Islam, learned counsel, submits that in view of the aforesaid development, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.
