ORDER:
The civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 08.11.2016, dismissing I.A. No.103 of 2017 in O.P. No. 14 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Principal Civil Judge (Senior Division), Eluru, filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
2. Sri P.R.Y. Prajith, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, submitted that the impugned O.P. No. 14 of 2016 was disposed on 28.01.2026 and that the relief sought in the revision petition has become infructuous.
3. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
